2. Products We sell women's kaftans and abayas sourced from third-party suppliers and independent makers. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided based on information available from the applicable supplier. We do not manufacture products unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise. Reasonable variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur, particularly for handmade items, and do not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing and Currency All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfilment if an issue is identified after the order is placed.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped internationally from India. Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days (including 0–1 business day handling and 3–6 business days carrier transit), processed Monday–Saturday with an order cutoff of 2:00 PM India Standard Time. Shipping is free to supported destinations shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays, or incorrect address information. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Vexoracam declares shipments accurately in accordance with applicable shipping requirements.
7. Returns and Refunds Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. No restocking fee is charged. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Vexoracam or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vexoracam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
