3. PRODUCTS & HANDMADE NATURE

All products sold on Vexoracam are handmade or artisan-crafted. Slight variations in colour, size, texture, or pattern may occur between items. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images may vary slightly due to screen display settings and the handmade nature of our products. All products are sold in new condition only.

4. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. Your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion rate if your account is in a currency other than USD.

5. ORDERS & CONTRACT

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent, to place an order.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others) processed through PayPal. All transactions are processed through PayPal's SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We do not store card details. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be processed.

7. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via FedEx International to 90+ countries worldwide. No shipping fee is charged at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under EU consumer protection law. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vexoracam. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Disputes shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Navi Mumbai, before escalation to court proceedings.
