REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at info.vexoracam@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to:

Return instructions will be provided upon approval. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

Orders must be inspected upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info.vexoracam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To arrange an exchange, contact us at info.vexoracam@gmail.com. The original item must be returned and accepted before a replacement is dispatched.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank or card processing times may add additional days.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and no refund has been received, contact us at info.vexoracam@gmail.com.
