This Refund and Return Policy applies to all orders for women's kaftans and abayas placed through Vexoracam.

30-Day Return Window Vexoracam accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after the product is delivered. Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
  • Non-defective products returned because the customer changed their mind

Eligibility for Non-Defective Returns For a non-defective return, the product must be:

  • New, unused, and unworn
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging where available
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including the return label or postage. Using a trackable return service is recommended. Returns are sent by mail.

Restocking Fee No restocking fee is charged.

Refund Processing Time After an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges Exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to product availability. The original product must normally be returned and accepted before a replacement is dispatched.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and within the 30-day return period. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
