This Shipping Policy explains the shipping services, costs, processing times, estimated delivery periods, and tracking procedures for orders of women's kaftans and abayas placed through Vexoracam.

Shipping Origin All orders are dispatched from India. Vexoracam is an independent online retailer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and independent makers, but Vexoracam is the seller and customer-service contact for all orders placed through this website.

Shipping Destinations We ship to supported international destinations available during checkout, including Algeria and 91+ countries worldwide. A destination is eligible when a valid delivery address can be entered and checkout can be completed for that country or region.

Shipping Cost Vexoracam provides free shipping on all orders to all supported destinations. No minimum order value applies unless a different condition is clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Important: International customers may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country. These are not controlled by Vexoracam and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Carrier Orders are generally shipped via FedEx International with full tracking. Another tracked service may be used when required by destination availability or operational circumstances. The applicable carrier and tracking details are provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Order Cutoff and Processing

• Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM India Standard Time (GMT+5:30)
• Processing days: Monday–Saturday
• Handling time: 0–1 business day

Orders placed before the cutoff may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on Sundays and public holidays begin processing the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. The 3–7 business day estimate is the total estimated period including both handling and transit — it is not an additional period beginning after dispatch.

Delivery may take longer due to:

• Customs inspection or clearance
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Remote-area delivery
• Severe weather or carrier disruptions
• Public holidays or security inspections

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.

Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link is sent after dispatch. Orders are generally trackable via FedEx at www.fedex.com. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay required customs charges may cause the parcel to be delayed, returned, held, or disposed of by customs or the carrier. Shipments are declared accurately in accordance with applicable shipping requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your kaftan or abaya arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within the applicable 30-day return period with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellations Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.
