Orders & Products

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every product at Vexoracam is handmade by skilled artisans. Slight variations in colour, size, or pattern may occur between items. These are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect.

Can I place a custom order?

Custom requests can be submitted via our Contact page. Please include your requirements and we will advise on availability.

Are the product colours accurate?

Products are photographed in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and monitor calibrations.

What materials are used in your products?

Materials vary by product and include natural fibre, cotton yarn, t-shirt yarn, genuine stones, fine embroidery thread, and cotton fabric. Full material details are listed in each product description.


Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Orders are shipped to 90+ countries worldwide. No shipping fee is charged at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the full list of supported countries.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated total delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch:

  • Handling time: 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Transit time (FedEx): 3–6 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM IST

Which carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via FedEx International.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number will be sent once the order is dispatched. Orders can be tracked at fedex.com.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others) processed through PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

All transactions are processed through PayPal's SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Card details are not stored on our servers.

What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). Your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion if your account is in a different currency.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via our Contact page to initiate a return. Returns are sent by mail and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long do refunds take?

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Do you accept exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via our Contact page to arrange an exchange.
